Embrace Who And What You Are

There comes a point when you either embrace who and what you are, or condemn yourself to be miserable all your days. Other people will try to make you miserable; don’t help them by doing the job yourself.― Laurell K. Hamilton

  1. I also wanted to add to that…the importance of embracing & accepting you are is a reflection of knowing your own worth & value. Many people allow others to give them worth & value when it really is an inside job. We allow people to tell us what we should do or what we should be, when we can decide all that for ourselves. I believe if you are constantly at the mercy of what others think of you, then you will always be lost. Care more about how you feel, care more about what you want for yourself & let go of the need for approval from others. Stop waiting for people to tell you that you matter & Show up for yourself! Be who you are & love it!
